Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your British IPTV subscription — what we provide, what you agree to, and the rights you keep as a consumer.
Last updated: 27 August 20261. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms and conditions govern the supply of the British IPTV subscription service by British IPTV ("we", "us", "our"), to you ("you", "the customer").
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms in full and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.
2. The service we provide
British IPTV is a server management and multimedia streaming service. On activation, we supply you with access credentials that allow a compatible application to connect to our servers.
We do not supply hardware, and we do not produce, store or host content protected by copyright.
What is included
- Access to live channels and an on-demand library of films and series
- An electronic programme guide (EPG)
- Delivery in 4K Ultra HD, Full HD or HD, depending on the resolution of each source
- The number of simultaneous connections included in your chosen plan
- Customer support 7 days a week
What is not included
- Any device, box, streaming stick or television
- Your internet connection, which you must provide and pay for separately
- Any TV Licence or other licence required where you live
Channel and catalogue figures are indicative. They depend on sources outside our control and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel or title.
3. Plans and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown inclusive of any applicable tax. Current prices are:
One device
- 3 months — £24.99
- 6 months — £34.99
- 12 months — £49.99
Two devices
- 3 months — £44.99
- 6 months — £59.99
- 12 months — £89.99
Three devices
- 3 months — £69.99
- 6 months — £79.99
- 12 months — £129.99
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the price displayed at the moment you place your order. A price change never affects a subscription already paid for.
4. Ordering, payment and activation
Orders are placed by contacting us through the channels shown on this website. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and send your access credentials.
We accept payment by PayPal, debit or credit card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Payment is due in full before activation.
Your credentials are sent by email and WhatsApp, normally within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. Subscriptions run from the moment of activation, not from the date of payment, where these differ.
If you do not receive your credentials within one hour, contact us and we will resolve it.
5. Your credentials and your responsibilities
Your access credentials are personal to you. You agree:
- to keep them confidential and not to publish, share, resell or distribute them;
- not to use the service for any commercial purpose, including public performance in a bar, hotel, shop or other business premises, without our prior written agreement;
- not to attempt to copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast or otherwise exploit any content received through the service;
- not to attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials. If you believe they have been compromised, tell us immediately and we will reissue them.
6. Simultaneous connections and fair use
Your plan determines how many streams may play at the same moment. You may install your credentials on as many of your own devices as you wish; what is limited is concurrent playback.
Please note that an application left running in the background continues to occupy a connection even when the screen is switched off. Closing the application fully avoids unnecessary disconnections.
Usage patterns that indicate credentials are being shared beyond a single household — for example concurrent connections from widely separated locations — may result in suspension under clause 10.
7. Technical requirements
You are responsible for providing a suitable internet connection and a compatible device. As a guide, we recommend:
- 8–15 Mbps of stable throughput per screen for Full HD
- 25 Mbps or more per screen for 4K
- A device with at least 2 GB of memory and hardware decoding support
A wired Ethernet connection to your main television is strongly recommended. We cannot be held responsible for playback problems caused by an insufficient, unstable or congested internet connection, by Wi-Fi coverage, or by device limitations.
8. Availability, maintenance and interruptions
We aim for high availability and monitor our servers continuously, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including failures of your internet provider, network congestion, or changes made by upstream sources.
Where a significant interruption is attributable to us, we will extend your subscription by an equivalent period. Short or intermittent interruptions do not give rise to compensation.
9. Duration, renewal and cancellation
Your subscription runs for the period you have paid for and then simply expires. There is no contract, no minimum term beyond the period purchased, no automatic renewal and no exit fee.
To continue, you place a new order before your expiry date. Renewing before expiry normally extends your existing credentials without reconfiguration; allowing a subscription to lapse may require your device to be set up again.
Your statutory cancellation rights and our own satisfaction guarantee are set out in the Refund Policy.
10. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you:
- breach these terms, in particular clause 5;
- share, resell or publish your credentials;
- use the service commercially without our agreement;
- attempt a fraudulent payment or a chargeback for a service that has been supplied;
- abuse, threaten or harass our staff.
Where the breach is minor and capable of being remedied, we will normally contact you first.
11. Content, broadcasting rights and your obligations
Broadcasting rights are negotiated territory by territory and attach to the content itself, not to the technology used to deliver it.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold the necessary rights to access content in your country of residence, and to comply with any licensing obligations that apply where you live. In the United Kingdom, a TV Licence is required to watch or record live television on any device, however the signal reaches it.
12. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss arising from your internet connection, your equipment, or your use of the service in breach of clause 11.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content and services supplied to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
14. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few hours. Write to support@british-iptv.tv or message us on WhatsApp, describing the problem, your plan and the device concerned.
We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within 7 days.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
